All purchased online courses are for your personal use and not to be shared with others. This is to be fair to Michele Gennoe for the time spent creating valuable content for you. By purchasing the online courses, it is expected that you will take action as recommended within the courses in order to facilitate your success. Specific results after completing any course are not guaranteed and results may vary depending on the individual.

Refunds

If you are not satisfied with the course or services you may be entitled to a refund however you MUST contact michele@michelegennoe.com within 30 days of completion of the entire course or services, and provide PROOF that you have completed each module/requirement, completed each exercise as directed, and taken action and documented the specific actions as recommended for success. These actions may include actions such a conducting research, reaching out to individuals for networking purposes and exploration, and completing specific tasks as set. Each case will be reviewed independently and if it is determined that you have completed the course/services as required and you are still not satisfied, then you may receive a refund.

Links to other services/sites/websites

Our Service may contain links to third party services/sites/websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Michele Gennoe.

Michele Gennoe has no control over and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services/sites/websites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Michele Gennoe shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such services/sites/websites or services.

Subscriptions

Membership to the Mindful Leadership Experience Program or some paid online courses are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). If you subscribe to them you will be billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

Your Privacy

We are committed to maintaining the privacy of our users and maintaining the security of any personal information received from you. If you register for any of the Services you will be asked to provide basic personal information. The information provided by you is not available for sale or use by third parties.
